About the Opportunity

Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze and summarize key legal developments in arbitration and commercial laws, preparing one post per week.
- Work on case briefs, refining your ability to draft precise and structured legal summaries.
- Volunteer and participate in various initiatives of The Arbitration Digest.
How to Apply?
To apply for the position, please submit the following:
- A case summary of 250–300 words on the following judgment: AC Chokshi Share Broker Private Limited vs Jatin Pratap Desai, 2025 INSC 174. (Preference will be given to submissions adhering to the case summary format used in The Arbitration Digest)
- Note: Any use of AI or submission of plagiarized content will entail rejection.

Eligibility
- Must be enrolled in a recognized law school.
- A basic understanding of Canva is preferred (but not mandatory).
- Should be punctual, proactive, and eager to learn.
