In knowledge partnership with Centre for Public Policy and Good Governance (CPPGG), the event aims to foster a national dialogue on integrating indigenous legal philosophies with contemporary Indian jurisprudence.
The conference presents a unique opportunity for scholars, legal professionals, and students to critically engage with India’s rich legal heritage, the newly enacted criminal codes—Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, and Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam—and the evolving use of legal technology in judicial processes.
