Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (“CAM”) has advised Logicap and Ecobox, backed by Rava Partners and Alta Capital, on structuring a composite transaction for acquiring 4 logistics built and fully leased assets in Ranjanagaon, Pune, and Sri City, Chennai, spreading across 3.6 million sq. ft., from Indospace.

The transaction documents were signed on September 25, 2024, and January 16, 2025, and the transaction was closed on November 6, 2024, and March 7, 2025.
