Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas has advised Brigade Hotel Ventures on initial public offering comprising only a fresh equity issue worth INR 760 crores. Khaitan & Co and Hogan Lovells advised the book running lead managers to the deal.
JSA acted for 360 ONE Alternates Asset Management on its pre-IPOinvestment in Brigade Hotel worth INR 126 crore.
The book running lead managers to the Issue were JM Financial Limited and ICICI Securities Limited.
Brigade Hotel Ventures is an owner and developer of hotels in key cities in India, primarily across South India, with such hotels being operated by global marquee hospitality companies.
The issue opened on July 24, 2025 and closed on July 28, 2025. The equity shares were listed on the stock exchanges on July 31, 2025.
