The Tony Blair Institute (TBI) is expanding its India program to address critical challenges in governance, sustainability, and technology. We are committed to driving transformative impact at scale by working closely with governments and institutions. To strengthen our team, we are hiring for three positions: Analyst, Associate, and Senior Manager.
Eligibility
We seek dynamic professionals who bring not just technical skills, but also energy, curiosity, and problem-solving ability. The ideal candidates should:
- Have the ability to break down complex policy and governance challenges into clear insights and actionable solutions.
- Be comfortable working with both qualitative and quantitative approaches.
- Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in high-pressure environments.
- Show proven capacity to translate ambition into measurable outcomes.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and collaboration.
- Proficiency in Indian languages, along with English, is strongly valued.
- Location preference must be specified: Bhubaneswar, Vijayawada, or Telangana.
Roles & Responsibilities
Depending on the level of the role (Analyst, Associate, Senior Manager), responsibilities will include:
- Conducting in-depth research and analysis on policy, governance, and technology-related issues.
- Supporting governments and partners in designing and implementing innovative solutions.
- Drafting policy briefs, reports, and implementation frameworks.
- Engaging stakeholders through consultations, workshops, and interviews.
- Leading or contributing to project delivery, ensuring impact-driven outcomes.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams across TBI’s global network.
