CW-69, the Deputy Superintendent of Police,
Central Bureau of Investigation (‘CBI’ in short) Anti
Corruption Branch (‘ACB’ in short), Bengaluru, has filed
the charge-sheet against the accused Nos.1 to 5 for the
offences punishable under Sections 120B, 420 Read with
Section 120B of the Indian Penal Code (‘IPC’ in short) and
under Sections 8, 13(2) R/w. Sec.13(1)(d) of the
Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (‘PC Act’ in short.)

Division, Yashwanthpura, Bengaluru, accused No.4
Sri.B.H.Hanumanthappa @ Hanamantharaya, the then
Peon/ Driver in the office of Deputy Chief Engineer,
Stores, Construction Organization, SWR, Bengaluru,
working under contractual basis and accused No.5
Sri.Munigangaiah, the Office Superintendent, Office of
the Senior Section Engineer, Carriage and Wagon, SWR,
Bengaluru Division, Yashwanthpura Railway Station,
during the month of June, 2014 entered into criminal
conspiracy with an intention to cheat the Railway
Recruitment Board (‘RRB’ in short), Bengaluru and also
the genuine candidates who appeared for RRB
Examination scheduled on 29.06.2014 by way of leaking
the question paper of RRB, Bengaluru.
