The plaintiff has filed an application being GA-COM/1/2025 praying
for interim order.
2. The defendant no.1 has filed an application being GA-COM/2/2025
praying for revocation of leave granted for dispensation of Section 12A
of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015.
3. Counsel for the defendant nos.5 to15, 16 to 18 and 21 to 25 submit
that they have not received the copy of the application being GA-
COM/1/2025 along with documents.

4. Counsel for the plaintiff submits that he will not use any affidavit in
connection with GA-COM/2/2025 and he will argue the matter on
merit. Counsel for the plaintiff also prays for ad interim injunction.
5. In view of the above, plaintiff is directed to serve the copy of the
application being GA-COM/1/2025 along with documents to the
defendants by 30th July, 2025.
6. List the matter on 7th August, 2025 for hearing of both the
applications being GA-COM/1/2025 and GA-COM/2/2025.
