1. This petition in the nature of Habeas Corpus was filed by the

father for release of the minor daughter who is referred to as

detenue (name withheld).

2. Vide order dated 04.03.2025, the petition was disposed of

with the direction that the detenue is minor and be kept at Rajkiya

Balika Grah, Gandhi Nagar Jaipur.

3. On letter dated 19.03.2025 written by the detenue received

by the Court, the matter is listed.

4. The corpus is present in court. We have interacted with the

detenue, she apprehends that she would be married against her

wishes but realised that it is better to live with her parents rather

than to go back at Rajkiya Balika Grah, Gandhi Nagar Jaipur.

5. In view of the above, the letter is disposed of with direction

to the Rajkiya Balika Grah, Gandhi Nagar Jaipur to give the

custody of detenue to her parents on completion of formalities.

The parents shall ensure that detenue is not get married until she

attains the age of majority.
