The P.S.I., of H.A.L., Police Station, Bengaluru, has
filed the present charge sheet against the accused No.1 to
3 alleging commission of the offence punishable under
sections 326, 506, 504, 341 R/w Sec.34 of Indian Penal
Code.
2. BRIEF FACTS OF THE PROSECUTION CASE
ARE AS UNDER :
It is the case of the complainant that, himself and
accused No.3 are husband and wife in relation, due to
matrimonial issues, they both are residing separately. It is
further alleged that, on 27.12.2017 at 9.00 PM, when CW.1
was proceeding infront of house No.1223, situated at 6 th Main
Road, ‘D’ block, ACES Layout, the accused persons in
furtherance of common intention have wrongfully restrained

CW.1 from proceeding further, all of a sudden accused
persons picked up quarrel with CW.1, accused No.1 and 2
assaulted CW.1 with wooden club and stone on his head and
near right eye, caused grievous injuries, abused CW.1 in filthy
language, threatened with dire consequences. Based on the
written complaint lodged by C.W.1, C.W.09 has registered the
case against accused No.1 to 3 and two unknown persons in
P.S. Crime No.14/2017 for the offence punishable under
section 341, 326, 504, 506 R/w Sec.34 of IPC. Investigating
Officers/CW.9 to 11 investigated the matter and after
completion of investigation, CW.11 has submitted final report
against the accused No.1 to 3 only for the offence punishable
under section.341, 326, 504, 506 R/w Sec.34 of IPC.
