appearing for the petitioners and perusing the
evidence of PW-1, we find that no case for
interference is made out in exercise of our
jurisdiction under Article 136 of the Constitution.
3. The Special Leave Petition is, accordingly,
dismissed.
4. As and when the petitioners become eligible
for consideration of their case for pre-mature
release in terms of the applicable policy, the
respondent shall consider their case in accordance
with law expeditiously.
5. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand
disposed of.
