By this application, the petitioner is seeking dispensation from

placing on record the certified copy of order/award impugned dated

09.01.2025. It is stated that the petitioner has applied for issuance of

certified copy of the impugned award/order and undertakes to place the

same on record as soon as the same is issued by respondent No.1.

Accordingly, this application is allowed and requirement of filing

certified copy of the impugned judgment/award is dispensed with for the

time being and the petitioner is directed to place the same on record as and

when the same is issued by respondent No.1.

By this petition, the petitioner herein has challenged order dated

09.01.2025 passed in file No.47(30)/2024/RLC/JMU titled Mohd Iqbal

Sehmat v. The General Manager, Northern Railway & another. Learned

counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the impugned order is

a sheer abuse of the process of law as the same has been passed without

affording any opportunity of being heard to the petitioner.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner at length and perused the

material available on record. Prima facie case for interim indulgence is made

out at this stage.

Issue notice to the contesting respondents, returnable within four

weeks. Requisites for service within one week.

Registry to summon the digitized record from the office of

respondent No.1 by or before the next date of hearing.

List alongwith WP(C) No.1856/2025.

Meanwhile, subject to objections from the other side and till next

date of hearing, the impugned order dated 09.01.2025 shall remain stayed.
