The Chief Minister Sarathi Scheme, officially known as the Mukhymantri Sarthi Yojana, is a skill development initiative launched by the Government of Jharkhand. It is implemented through the Jharkhand Skill Development Mission Society (JSDMS) under the Department of Labour, Employment, Training and Skill Development.

Financial Support: Includes an employment allowance (“Rozgar Protsahan Bhatta”) of Rs. 1,000 per month for boys and Rs. 1,500 per month for girls, disabled, and transgender candidates if they do not get employed within three months of training completion. There is also a transportation allowance of Rs. 1,000 per month for non-residential trainees.

The Bokaro district administration, under District Commissioner (DC) Ajay Nath Jha, has issued a directive to all industries and companies operating in the region to ensure 100% registration of all workers under the labour department within three months.
