Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and

Sri.M.Srinivas, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home

appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4. Notice to respondent Nos.5

and 6 is dispensed with. With their consent, this writ petition is

being taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition has been filed seeking the following

prayer:-

“…declaring the action of the respondent No.4 in
not registering the FIR and not taking any action
against the unofficial respondents Nos.5 and 6 who
have illegally trespassed and beaten the petitioner by
illegally interfering into the petitioner ancestral property
of agricultural lands in Sy.No.183/C to an extent of
Ac.1-00 gts., situated at Brahmanapalle Village of
Veenavanka Mandal of Karimnagar District without
considering the complaint dated 16.08.2025 of the
petitioner is illegal, arbitrary and against the principles
of natural justice and also opposed to Articles 14, 19,
21 and 300A of Constitution of India and consequently
direct the respondents police to register the FIR and to
take action against the unofficial respondents
immediately as per the complaint dated 16.08.2025 of
the petitioner”
