About the Course
Into Legal World presents this “Certificate Course on Banking and Finance Law” to make you understand how it all works — not just in practice, but also from a legal point of view. - Crossing of Cheque
- Criminal liability on dishonour of Cheque (Section 138 – 142)
- The law relating to payment of customers cheque– rights and duties of paying banker and a collecting banker
Module 4: Debt Recovery Mechanisms
- RDDBFI Act, 1993 and Debt Recovery Tribunals
- SARFAESI Act, 2002 and Securitization
- Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016
Module 5: External Commercial Borrowings
