- You must attend at least 80% of all live classes (not recordings). Missing more than 20% of live sessions disqualifies you from a refund. Attendance is tracked through platform logs and your display name. Each class must be attended for at least 45 minutes to be marked present.
- Assignment completion and submission on time and in proper format. Submissions must reflect genuine effort and participation—not copied/blank or AI generated
- You must fulfill at least 2 of the following engagement conditions. 1. Attend the Orientation/Introductory session. 2. Ask at least one question or share feedback during any session. 3. Be active in the official WhatsApp group during the course.
- If you face any issues with the course, you must first write email or use our official WhatsApp helpline before requesting a refund.
- You may request a refund only after the first week of the course till the end of the course before certificate generation.
