In the instant matter, the appellant
has been granted bail by the order of this
Court dated 14.05.2025. In the bail order,
inadvertently, Section 395 IPC has been
recorded under which the appellant has
been convicted and sentenced. Section 397
read with Section 34 IPC has been omitted.
Now a Modification Application No. 4
of 2025 has been filed.
Modification application has been
allowed. The correction is carried out
accordingly.
