3. This is an admitted appeal, admitted on
09.09.2022 and the Trial Court record were summoned.
The paper book is also prepared.
4. The first bail application was rejected by the
Coordinate Bench on 17.02.2023 on merit. Now, the
second bail application has been moved on behalf of
the appellant with this contention that the appellant
already served more than half of the sentence as
awarded by the Trial Court in which the maximum
sentence awarded by the Trial Court is 7 years R.I. for
the offences punishable under section 304B r/w 498A
of IPC.
