09.06.2025 Present:- Mr. Pankaj Negi, Advocate for
the applicant/petitioner.
Pursuant to the order dated 06.06.2025 of
the Hon’ble Court, the applicant/petitioner-Sh. Piyush Verma, S/o
Sh. Jagdish Verma, R/o 15 Sobha 108, Shopping Complex, Sobha
City, Sector 108, Gurugram (12201), has been permitted to visit
abroad i.e. London w.e.f 18.06.2025 to 28.06.2025 and then to
Dubai w.e.f. 01.07.2025 to 15.07.2025, subject to furnishing surety
bonds in the sum of Rs. 2.00 Lakh to the satisfaction of learned
Deputy Registrar (Judicial)/learned trial Court, with the
undertaking to return India, in any eventuality by 28.06.2025 and
furnishing details of place of his stay during such visit and to report
to police station concerned within three days, after 28.06.2025.
Learned counsel for the applicant has filed an
application for attestation and acceptance of surety bonds. The
application also contains the places of stay of the
applicant/petitioner during his visit abroad i.e.
(i)- Hilton London Hype Park; and
(ii)-Flat 201, Building C402, Shabiya 10, Musaffah, Abu Dhabi,
UAE.
The surety bond is duly supported by an affidavit. The
surety-Sh. Hira Singh, S/o Late Sh. Zalim Singh, R/o Village
Panchog, Tehsil and Distt. Shimla, VPO Mashobra, District
Shimla, H.P. has been duly identified by Sh. Pankaj Negi, learned
counsel for the applicant. Photograph of the surety is affixed and
surety bond in the sum of Rs. 2,00,000/- has been furnished today.
Along with surety bond, copy of Aadhaar Card of the surety and
and photocopy of Jamabandi for the years 2017-18 have been
enclosed for attestation and acceptance of surety bond(s), wherein,
the applicant has given solemn undertaking that he will abide by all
the conditions imposed by the Hon’ble Court and to appear before
this Court as and when called upon to do so.
I have gone through the orders of Hon’ble Court
and documents annexed therewith for acceptance and attestation of
the surety bond(s). Accordingly, the surety bonds are attested and
accepted by me. All the papers be tagged with the case file.
