Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) advised Vertex Ventures, being the lead investor in a Series A funding round of Spyne, an AI-powered visual merchandising platform.
Spyne raised USD 16 million in the round which involved investment by Vertex Ventures and some existing shareholders of the company, such as Accel, Storm and Alteria.
The team was led by Vishwanath Pratap Singh, Partner; with support from Mincy Mathew, Senior Associate; Radhika Shukla, Associate; Satwik Anand, Associate; and Nitika More, Associate. The transaction was executed on 31st January, 2025.
