1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA for the State respondent and perused the record.
2. This petition has been filed for praying for fair investigation in Case Crime No.275 of 2024, under Sections 471, 468, 467, 420, IPC, Police Station Katra, District Shahjahanpur.
3. The petition is disposed of directing the investigating officer to conclude the investigation within period of 60 days.
4. In case the same is not concluded, it is open for the petitioner to approach the trial court for appropriate relief as per the judgment of the Apex Court in the case of Sakiri Vasu Vs. State of U.P. LAWS(SC)-2007-12-69 wherein it has been held in paragraphs 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 27 and 30 as follows:-
