03. 1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and
learned counsel for the CBI.
2. The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in
connection with EO-III, Delhi P.S. Case
No.RC2212023E0013 of 2023 pending in the Court of
learned Special Judge-I, CBI, Bhubaneswar for
commission of offence punishable under Sections 420,
468, 471, 511 & 120-B IPC and R/W 7 (a) of P.C Act.
3. It is submitted by the learned counsel that the
Petitioner was not a named accused and it is further
stated that the entire allegations is based on
documentary evidence, ex facie, custodial interrogation
of the Petitioner is not warranted.
