1. Mr. R. Kharkrang, learned counsel for the petitioner
submits that the Agreement between the Dorbar Shnong of
Sohkymphor Nein and Dorbar Shnong of Sohkymphor Pohshnong has
since been executed, and the same has been forwarded to the Executive
Committee (Respondent No.1), for consideration, and that a prayer has
been made in the joint letter of the writ petitioner and the respondent
No. 6, that steps be taken by the respondent No. 1, to recall the
Notification dated 12.03.2021.

2. The learned counsel further submits that as the matter is
before the District Council, perhaps they may be directed to dispose of
the request as made by the parties, as expeditiously as possible.
