Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the
State .
2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for
the offence punishable under section 420 of the IPC and section
10 of Bihar Examination Regulation Act.
3 . As per the prosecution case , this petitioner
appeared in TRE-3.00 examination , which was conducted by
BPSC and got selected on the post of TRE – 3 school Teacher
but during course of document verification the caste / resident

certificate of this petitioner was found to be forged and
fabricated and accordingly the present F.I.R. has been lodged.
4. Considering the nature of accusation and gravity of
offence , prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected.
