1. Through the medium of application bearing CM No. 579/2025, the
applicants/respondents 1 to 3/plaintiffs are seeking a direction to the
learned trial court to permit the applicants to withdraw the suit, tilted,
“Jamil Ahmed and others vs U.T. of J&K and ors.” pending before the Sub-
Judge(CJM), Jammu.
2. Mr. P. N. Bhat, learned counsel for the respondents 1 to
3/plaintiffs/applicants submits that this Court may pass order with regard to
withdrawal of the suit instead of directing the trial court for the same, to
which Mr. Koshal Parihar, learned counsel for the petitioner/non applicant
has no objection.
3. In view of the above, the present application is disposed of and the suit
titled, “Jamil Ahmed and others vs U.T. of J&K and ors.” pending before
the Sub-Judge(CJM), Jammu is dismissed as withdrawn.
4. In view of this, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered
infructuous.
5. Copy of this order be sent to learned trial court for placing the same on
record.
