Galeria Północna was opened in 2017 as a groundbreaking retail investment in Warsaw, notable for its architectural, functional, and social innovation. Covering 64,000 sqm, it offers not only shopping services but also recreational and entertainment spaces. It was the first shopping center in Poland to provide customers with a rooftop garden and a brine graduation tower. The center also features an engaging program of themed events for the local community, including children and seniors.
Dentons’ team provided comprehensive support for the lender, including the preparation, negotiation, and signing of financial documentation. Additionally, Dentons advised on real estate matters and prepared a due diligence report on the property.
