Dentons Link Legal, the Indian alliance firm of global legal giant Dentons, has significantly bolstered its Technology, Media and Telecomunications practice with the addition of former Luthra and Luthra TMT head Avisha Gupta and the former general counsel at Info Edge Kapil Chaudhary.
Chaudhary brings over 25 years of legal and CXO leadership experience in India and Singapore as senior legal counsel across organizations including Twitter (now X), Autodesk, IBM, Schlumberger, Junglee Games (a Flutter International company), Star News and Info Edge (India). He focuses on advisory around online gaming, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, data privacy, artificial intelligence, software licensing, and intermediary liability.
Gupta, who joins with a team of three, brings 14 years of experience advising on complex technology law and regulatory matters, with focus on data protection, fintech, online gaming, and e-commerce. She has advised across sectors including digital payments, hospitality, online listing platforms, electronics manufacturing, and gaming.
