1. The present Civil Revision Applications have been filed
challenging the Common Order dated 04.12.2021 passed below
Chamber Summonses Exhs. 23-24 [Civil Revision Application
No.288 of 2022] and Exhs.26-27 (Civil Revision Application
No.289 of 2022) in Civil Suit No.309 of 2015 whereby 19 th City
Civil and Sessions Court, Ahmedabad has rejected the
applications filed by the petitioner under Order VII Rule 11 of
