1. The instant appeal is directed against the judgment dated
05.09.2019 passed by the learned Special Judge, Protection of
Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and the Commission for
Protection of Child Rights Act, 2005 No.2, Ajmer (hereinafter
referred to as ‘the trial court’) in Sessions Case No.195/2018
(189/2017) (CIS No.195/2018), whereby, the accused appellant-
Dhanraj has been convicted and sentenced as follows:
