                  In Re:- An application under Section 389(1) of the Code of
                  Criminal Procedure, 1973, and under Section 430 of the
                  Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, for suspension
                  of sentence and grant of bail during the pendency of the
                  appeal.

In course of hearing the appeal being C.R.A. 242 of 2021 it

transpires that, there is another appeal being CRA 729 of

2006 preferred a convict.

2. Ideally, both the appeals should be heard by the same Bench

in order to avoid conflict in judicial decisions and more

efficient management of judicial time.

3. In such circumstances, it would be appropriate to release

C.R.A. 242 of 2021 so that both the appeals may be heard by

the same Bench.
