01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement
(Virtual /Physical Mode).
2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the
records.
3. This application under Section 528 of B.N.S.S. has
been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the order
of taking cognizance dated 19.03.2025 passed by the
learned J.M.F.C., Konark in connection with G.R.Case
No.417 of 2017 for alleged commission of offences under
Sections 341,294,332,333,353,307,186,506,379/34 of the
Indian Penal Code.
