       WHEREAS the Petitioner has presented under Sections 10 to 12 of the
Contempt        of    Courts    Act     1971,     above   case      through    hl's   counsel
M/s V.V.N.Narayana Rao, praying the High Court to punish the Respondents
for wI'llfully and Wantonly Violating the Order in W.P.No.5183 of 2023 dated

18.10.2023;

       WHEREAS the said case coming on for hearing on this day and
whereas the High Court upon perusing the affidavit filed herein and the order
of High Court dated 14.03.2024 made herein and upon hearing the arguments
of    M/s    V.V.N.Narayana           Rao,     Advocate   for    the    Petitioner    and   of
  Sri K.M.Krishna Reddy, Advocate for Respondent Nos.1 and 2, Court made
 the following

violating the orders of this Hon’ble Court passed in WP No.5183 of 2023 dated
18.10-2023.
