Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the
petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mahila
P.S. Case No. 34 of 2024 registered for the offences under
Sections 376, 354, 354A, 354B, 354C, 34 of the Indian
Penal Code, section 8, 12 of the POCSO Act and Section 66,
66C, 67, 67A, 67B of the I.T. Act.
3. The petitioner is named in the First Information
Report and is in custody since 13.09.2024.
4. Allegation against the petitioner is to commit rape
upon one of the daughter of the informant and also to outrage
modesty/non-penetrating sexual assault upon minor
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9892 of 2025(5) dt.23-07-2025
daughter, who was aged about 17 years at the time of
occurrence.
