1. This is a criminal revision petition u/s 397 Cr.PC filed against
order dated 18.09.2023 passed by the court of Ld. Chief Metropolitan
Magistrate, SED in Criminal Complaint No. 28/2022 titled as
Employees State Insurance Corporation Vs M/s Redshow
Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. The said complaint was filed by the
revisionist against the respondents herein alleging commission of
offences punishable u/s 85 (g) of The Employees’ State Insurance Act,
1948. Vide the impugned order dated 18.09.2023, the Ld. Magistrate
dismissed the said complaint for want of jurisdiction while granting
liberty to the revisionist to file a fresh complaint.
