Delos Dispute Resolution is an innovative arbitral institution, aimed at making dispute resolution efficient and effective through arbitration. The Delos Board of Advisors is composed of global leaders in the field of international arbitration and dispute resolution.
Delos will be holding an India Launch Event online on Thursday 21 October 2021.
The event will feature leading in-house counsel and arbitration practitioners, including Mr. Manish Aggarwal (Three Crowns), Mr. Gourab Banerji (Essex Court Chambers), Mr. Sulabh Rewari (Keystone Partners), Mr. Palash Gupta (Jerome Merchant + Partners), Ms. Pooja Bedi (Head – Legal, Philips Indian sub-continent) and Ms. Zarina Pundole (General Counsel, Shapoorji Pallonji Group).
The launch will be held from 2pm to 6pm IST. It will include a panel discussion on the nuances of arbitration agreements, a fireside chat on the in-house counsel perspective in the conduct of arbitrations, and an Oxford-style debate on the merits of institutional arbitration for the Indian market. It will also comprise networking sessions.
