Petitioners are accused Nos.1 to 7 in Crime
No.815 of 2024 registered at the Muvattupuzha Police
Station for the offences punishable under Sections 143,
147, 341, 323, 324 and 149 of IPC, now pending as C.C.
No.677 of 2024 on the files of the Judicial First Class
Magistrate Court – I, Muvattupuzha.
2. Learned Counsel for the petitioners
submitted that the dispute, which led to the incident and
registration of the crime, is amicably settled between the
parties and Annexures A2, A2(a), A2(b), A2(c), and
A2(d) affidavits have been filed by respondents 2 to 6,
vouching this fact.
