                                                     ORDER

1. This transfer petition, under Section 25 of the Code of Civil

Procedure, 1908, has been presented by the petitioner-

Federation of Indian Valuers Associations.

2. The petitioner seeks transfer of WP No.13750 of 2025 titled

“Federation of Indian Valuer’s Associations v. The Reserve Bank

of India & Ors.” from the High Court of Madras to the Supreme

Court of India on the ground that the subject matter of challenge

before the High Court is identical to the subject matter of

challenge before this Court in Special Leave Petition (C) No.799

of 2021 titled “Vijay Raghunath Swar vs. State Bank of India”.

3. Having regard to the fact that the issue involved in this

petition is an all-India issue covering valuers and banks

throughout the country and with a view to avoid conflicting

judgments from different High Courts, interest of justice

demands grant of the prayer for transfer to ensure uniformity

4. Hence, the transfer petition is allowed. WP No.13750 of
Reason:

Madras is transferred to this Court. Records of W.P. No.13750 of

2025 be transferred to this court immediately.

5. Pending application(s) stand disposed of.

6. The transferred case may be listed along with SLP(C)

No.799/2021.

7. Respondent(s) may apply for recall of this order, if

prejudiced thereby.
