Singhania & Partners LLP invites applications for its Litigation Fellowship Programme – a structured, 12-month paid opportunity designed for passionate and driven young lawyers. This fellowship offers you the chance to:

Programme Structure

  • Litigation Fundamentals & Courtroom Orientation (Months 1-3): Lay the groundwork for your practice with an immersive introduction to litigation processes and courtroom dynamics.
  • Drafting & Procedural Mastery (Months 4-6): Sharpen your legal drafting skills and gain command over procedural intricacies essential for every litigator.
  • Strategic Research, Oral Advocacy & Client Handling (Months 7-9): Master the art of persuasive research, impactful advocacy, and effective client communication.
  • Advanced Litigation Cross-Examination & Trial Skills (Months 10-12): Take your skills to the next level with practical training in cross-examination techniques and trial strategy.

Eligibility Criteria

Whether you’re a fresh law graduate or have up to 1 year of litigation experience
