1. The instant bail application under Section 483 read with Section 528
of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of
the petitioner/applicant seeking grant of regular bail in FIR No. 460/2023
registered at Police Station Amar Colony for the offences punishable under
Sections 392/394/397/506/411/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (now
Sections 309(4)/309(6)/311/351/317(2)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya
Sanhita, 2023).
