A copy of the order dated January 15, 2025, along with a forwarding
letter of the learned Advocate dated January 16, 2025 was served in
the office of the award debtor. Despite such service, none appears on
behalf of the award debtor.
2. The award debtor was directed to file affidavit of assets and also a
senior officer of the award debtor was directed to be available for
examination on the returnable date. As the award remained
unchallenged, it is incumbent upon the award debtor to pay off the
awarded amount in this execution proceeding. The sum awarded
(principal and interest) as of now, comes to more than Rs.10 lakhs.
