inedical grounds as illegal and arbitrary.
The Gas.e of the Petitioner is that the Petitioner was employed aS~
Conduct:or in the year 2006 on contractual basis. Subsequently, ore
01.01.2010, the services of the Petitioner were regularized. ln the year
2023, the Petitioner suffered brain stoke and was admitted in Sri
Venkateswara lnsitutute of Medical Sciences, Tirupati, on 16I12.2023.-
Thereafter, the Petitioner gave representations to the Respondent
Authorities to provide a table posting which wi[[ be conducive to his
health condition. As the representations of the Petitioner dated
5.08.2024, 30.10.2024, 04.ll.2024 and,12.ll.2024 were not considered by
the Respondent Authorities, the presen’t Writ Petition is -filed by the
Petitioner.
