Therefore, M.C. No. 3844 of 2024 titled as “Jaya

Prakash Gaddipati Vs. Gaddipati Sruthi @ Sruthi

Kariveda” pending before the Court of the Principal

Judge, Family Court at Bangalore is ordered to be

transferred to the Court of competent jurisdiction

at Hyderabad, Telangana.

3. The Court of the Principal Judge, Family

Court at Bangalore shall send the case record to

the transferee Court promptly and without any
