                              UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
                                                 O R D E R

1. While we are not inclined to interfere with the order passed
by the High Court in exercise of jurisdiction under Section 37,
affirming the order under Section 34 of the Arbitration and
Conciliation Act, 1996, the interest directed to be paid @ 14% is
modified to 10%. The balance amount, if any, shall be paid with
accrued interest within a period of three months from today.
