The present petition is filed for fair and impartial
investigation in FIR No.949/2024 dated 16.10.2024 registered at
Police Station Mansarovar, Jaipur City (South) for the offence
under Sections 323, 341, 384, 379, 506, 120-B of IPC.
Learned counsel for the respondents has raised no objection
if personal hearing is given to the petitioner before the concerned
Superintendent of Police of the jurisdiction.
In light of the same, and in light of the directions
encapsulated in Sakiri Vasu Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh
[(2008) 2 SCC 409] it is directed that on 24.07.2025 at 11:00
AM, the petitioner shall mark his presence before concerned
Superintendent of Police who will give audience to the petitioner
and take appropriate decision, strictly in accordance with law.

In light of the above, the present petition is disposed of.
