1. 1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and
learned counsel for the State.
2. The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in
connection with C.T Case No.05 of 2025 pending in
the Court of learned Presiding Officer, Designated
Court under OPID Court, Cuttack arising out of CID
Crime Branch EOW Bhubaneswar P.S. Case No.05 of
2025 for commission of offences punishable under
Sections 409/420/467/468/471/120(B) IPC read with
Section 66(D) of the I.T Act.
3. Learned counsel for the State is requested to
obtain the case diary by the next date.
4. List this matter on 25.06.2025.

5. As an interim measure, it is directed that the
Petitioner shall not be taken into custody in
connection with the aforesaid case till the next date.
6. It is needless to state that the Petitioner shall
cooperate with the investigating agency.
