Learned counsel for the respondents seeks time to file the reply to the bail
application. The needful be done by next date of hearing.
A perusal of the Case Diary would reveal that the injured after treatment
has been discharged from the hospital. His statement under Section 161 of the
Cr.PC has also been recorded. The weapon of the offence has been recovered and
according to the Investigating Officer only the Medical Report is required to be
obtained from the hospital where the injured was undergoing the treatment.
