Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the

petitioner has immediately approached the competent authority

for grant of compassionate appointment after the demise of his

father in the year 2016.

It is further submitted that despite furnishing the succession

certificate by the petitioner, the application of the petitioner was

not considered by the respondents.

Furthermore, it is submitted that a legal notice dated

08.10.2024 (Annexure-7) was served upon the respondents

however, the same has not been adjudicated till date which is in

violation of the judgment passed by this Court in Pawan Meena

vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. reported in (SBCWP No.

1665/2024; Neutral Citation: 2024:RJ-JP:5792) and circular

dated 19.02.2024 passed by Chief Secretary, Rajasthan.

Issue notices.

On directions of this Court, Mr. Shriram Jakhar on behalf of

Ms. Manju Joshi, AGC accepts notices on behalf of respondents.

Learned counsel for the respondent raised no objection for

the disposal of petition for consideration of representation/ legal

notice (Annexure-7) within a period of 30 days.

Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court with the

consent of the learned counsel for the parties dispose the present

petition with the direction to the respondent No.2 to adjudicate

the legal notice (Annexure-7), strictly within a period of 30 days

from the passing of this order. It is made clear that the petitioner

will be at liberty to approach the appropriate forum/Court if the

grievance remains unresolved.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. Pending

applications, if any, stand disposed of.
