The Court: This appeal is directed against a judgment and order

dated April 29, 2025, whereby the Learned Single Judge revoked the order

dispensing compliance with the requirement of Section 12A of the

Commercial Courts Act, 2025 and consequently dismissed the appellant’s

suit.

Learned advocate for the respondent says that this appeal is not

maintainable. He refers to Section 13 of the Commercial Courts Act read

with Order XLIII Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

Let this matter be listed again on June 26, 2025 under the same

heading when we will consider the issue of maintainability of this appeal.
