1. The present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of
India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita,
20231 (corresponding to Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure,
19732) seeks quashing of FIR No. 26/2024 dated 17th August, 2024,
registered under Sections 318(4) and 319(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita,
20233 (corresponding to Sections 420 and 419 of the Indian Penal Code,
18604) at P.S. Cyber Police Station, Delhi and all consequential proceedings
emanating therefrom.
