This review petition is one filed invoking the provisions under
Order XLVII, Rule 1 read with Section 114 of the Code of Civil
Procedure, 1908, seeking review of the judgment of this Court
dated 03.04.2025 in W.P.(C)No.38049 of 2017. That writ petition
was one filed by the petitioner, invoking the writ jurisdiction of this
Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ
of mandamus commanding the respondents to implement Ext.P18
decision dated 02.03.2016 of the Assistant Commissioner, Malabar
Devaswom Board; and a writ of mandamus commanding the
respondents to reinstate the petitioner as Velichapad in Sree
Palathara Bhagavathy Temple, Kadampazhipuram, Palakkad
District, in terms of Ext.P18 decision. That writ petition was
dismissed by the judgment sought to be reviewed. Paragraphs 8
to 12 and also the last paragraph of the judgment dated
03.04.2025 read thus;
