The present appeal is filed under Section 374 of the Code of Criminal
Procedure being aggrieved by the judgment of conviction and sentence
passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Jobat District Dhar dated 12/1/2018 in
Sessions Trial No.128/2015 whereby the appellant No.1 has been convicted
under Section 302/34 and Section 201 of the Indian Penal Code (hereinafter
referred to as “IPC”) and sentenced for life imprisonment in each section and
to pay a fine of Rs.1000/- in each section and in default of payment of fine to
further undergo six months RI in each Section. The appellant No.2 has been
convicted under Sections 302, 201 of IPC and 25(1-a)(b), 27 of Arms Act.
